Barack Obama, 44th President of the United States, worked to unite people in support of the value of public service. President Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009 for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between people and for his vision of a world without nuclear weapons.

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.
