Inscription. In 1987, Chuck Domino, a Pittsburgher, arrived in Reading PA wearing cowboy boots, and as the youngest General Manager in Minor League Baseball, weas responsible on a daily basis for engineering the success of the franchise. The restoration and renovation of the ballpark and the creation of Baseballtown. Chuck's leadership, vision and attention to detail resulted in both he and the franchise receiving numerous awards and recognition.
