Gobernador Constitucional del Estado de Hidalgo en 1945-1951. Decretó la autonomía del Instituto Científico y Literario el 23 de marzo de 1948 y creó la Cárcel Central en el estado.

Vicente Aguirre del Castillo
(1908-1998)
Constitutional Governor of the State of Hidalgo in 1945-1951. He decreed the autonomy of the Scientific and Literary Institute on March 23, 1948 and created the Central Prison in the state.
