Regarding St. Vibiana’s Cathedral. For over 100 years, this was the building and parish of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles. After it was damaged by the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, a new, larger facility was built three blocks north - The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, dedicated in 2002.
This is now a private event venue called Vibiana.
