Regarding 312 East 4th Street. "This is a two and one half story, frame, complex plan, gable roofed, Colonial Revival house. There is an interior gable end, stuccoed, corbel capped, brick chimney. The second floor has two over two, double hung, sash windows with moulded tops. On the first floor there are nine over two, double hung, sash windows. Across the front and wrapping to the side is a hip roofed porch with Tuscan columns. There are several one and two story additions. The house is covered with aluminum siding and has an asphalt shingled roof and a brick foundation."
