616 (3.32.1.07.70) Dwelling, 402 Pine Street, c.1900 This is a two and one half story, frame, L plan, gable front. Queen Anne house with a pedimented gable front end with a Palladian type window. To the rear is a projecting, pedimented, chamfered cross wing on the north side; on the south side there is a pedimented cross gable. There are two, stuccoed, corbel capped, brick chimneys on the ridge. The windows are one over one, double hung sash. At the entrance is a wood paneled door with an oval light. Across the front and wrapping to the west is a hip roofed porch with Tuscan columns; the porch is partially screen enclosed. There is a one story, shed roofed addition to the rear. The house is covered with al\iminum siding and has an asphalt shingled roof and a brick foundation.(Submitted on April 24, 2025, by Pete Skillman of Townsend, Delaware.)
