1. "A Gathering of Flags" War Memorial
Inscription. Is designed for Coldwater and all of Branch County to fulfill a threefold purpose: to honor, to commemorate and to serve as a lasting tribute for all those who served in war, who were killed in action, who died from their battle wounds or disease, who went missing in action, or who became prisoners of war and all those who lost their lives while serving.

For those families, especially mothers, all who greatly sacrificed for the common defense of the nation and for the broader causes of peace and freedom in the world. we are deeply grateful.

Wars put ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances.

They need to be remembered today, tomorrow, and forever.
