This bicentennial memorial is dedicated to commemorate all those patriots living and dead-who offered their lives in service to this country, to win and preserve our cherished freedom and liberty may those who follow us strive with diligence to perpetuate this priceless heritage as a birthright for posterity.
To those who died honor and eternal rest to those still in bondage remembrance and hope to those who returned gratitude and peace.
