Inscription.  
Circa 1782
Center of village called Saxtonville until 1850 when it was renamed Bull’s Island Station.
 
Erected by Hunterdon County Cultural and Heritage Commission.

Location. 40° 24.85′ N, 75° 2.381′ W. Marker is near Raven Rock, New Jersey, in Hunterdon County. Marker is on Daniel Bray Highway (State Highway 29), on the right when traveling north.
