Por acuerdo del titular del ejecutivo, en fecha 24 de enero de 2007, pueblo y gobierno del Estado de México rinden tributo a los representates que integraron el Congreso Constituyente de 1856-1857, quienes con profundo patriotismo y genial espiritu de creador de instituciones, consolidaron el derecho garantista de los derechos del hombre.

By an executive agreement of January 24, 2007, the people and government of the State of Mexico pay tribute to the representatives who made up the Constituent Congress of 1856-1857, who with deep patriotism and a great desire to create institutions, they consolidated the guarantee of universal human rights.
