El primer impreso Toluqueño apareció el 18 de agosto de 1821, en la Imprenta Portátil del Ejército de las Tres Garantias. La primera imprenta de Toluca se estableció en este predio en 1830, y perteneció al Gobierno del Edo. de México.

English translation:
The first printed materials from Toluca appeared on August 18, 1821, in the Portable Printing Press of the Army of the Three Guarantees. Toluca's first printing press was established on this site in 1830 and belonged to the government of the State of Mexico.
