Inscription. Probably built as a two family home, this structure was built by Francis Arnold Becker of St. Albans, Missouri in 1871 and upon his death in 1886 was willed to his son Louis.
 
Erected 2010 by City of Washington, Missouri. (Marker Number 18.)
