1. Kohmueller House Marker
Inscription. Built by Louis Kohmueller, a son of Frederick who had emigrated from Osnabruck, Germany in 1843 and purchased what once was an 80 acre farmstead. Clay was mined extensively here for brick manufacturing purposes.
 
Erected 2014 by City of Washington, Missouri. (Marker Number 38.)
