Inscription.

This home was built by W.H. Weller in 1904 in its present location. In 1919 Mr. & Mrs C.L. Baird and their three children moved into the home. Wayne Baird, the son of C.L. Baird, resided in this home until his death in 1983.
 
Erected 1986 by Texas Sesquicentennial. (Marker Number 241.)
