Inscription.  

WEDA-FM radio station, founded by James V. Perry, first aired on September 12, 1962. Its Easy Listening format provided a valuable service within a 50-mile radius of Grove City. James was very active in numerous community projects, and served two terms as mayor from 1970-1978.
