Los edificios restantes son inmuebles de carácter civil que fueron construidos a partir del siglo XIX, en los que se combinan diversas manifestaciones arquitectónicas propias de la región y que en conjunto adquieren especial relevancia para la armonía de esta zona, los cuales se localizan alineados a la calle, compuestos de una y dos crujias, con un sistema constructivo con base en muros de adobe, estructura de madera con cubiertas inclinadas de lamina, inmuebles que mezclan en su arquitectura la herencia colonial con la tipología arquitectónica de influencia californiana como el resultado de sus necesidades de sus pobladores a raíz de la explotación minera, todos estos elementos forman la unidad y se insertan en el lugar de manera armónica y singular.
