Inscription.
Greene's Dairy was located in the LaCrosse Community, just north of Toteover Creek. It was operated by Howard and Annie Belle Greene, son Lamar, and Grandson Garry. Everyday life centered on the operation of the dairy. The cows had to be milked twice daily, every day of the week. Wells Dairy tanker trucks came from Columbus to pick up the milk from a refrigerated holding tank for resale. Dedicated to my fun-loving grandmother, Annie Belle Justice Greene, who loved life, and her family. Pam Greene Register . This historical marker is in Ellaville in Schley County Georgia
