Inscription. The first house constructed by Guido DeAscanis in 1932. Guido was born in San Omero, Italy in 1900 and arrived in America on July 4, 1920. He founded Guido DeAscanis & Sons, Inc. in 1933. They went on to build many homes and buildings to enhance the architectural integrity of the City of New Castle.
