Finally, on the northeast corner of Stewart and Market Streets stands an early 20th-century combination store and dwelling (N-3928.33). Built on a T-plan, the east wing of the house served as the residence, while the gable end front west wing contained a store. Two stories in elevation, of frame construction sheathed with horizontal and vertical mill-sawn weatherboarding, the house is one of several combination business and domestic structures built in Port Penn.
