In Honor of
Thomas S. Rhea
While yet he lives, we the people of his home county, dedicate this memorial to the first citizen of Logan County, in appreciation of his service to the people, and as an expression of the honor, esteem and love in which they hold him.
 
Erected 1934 by The people of Logan County, Kentucky.
