Inscription. For over 50 years at 431 South Tryon Street, Ratcliffe's Florists sold flowers in this Mediterranean Revival style shop designed by architect William Peeps, a native of England. Built in 1929, preserved and relocated by Wachovia Corporation in 2002 from 20.4 meters SW.
