1. The Latta Arcade Marker
Inscription.  The Latta Arcade, a project of Edward Dilworth Latta's mercantile Development Company, opened in 1915. Designed by Charlotte architect William Peeps, this magnificent Art Deco complex housed the offices of the Charlotte Consolidated Construction Company, developer of Dilworth.
