Tracking the Tenant House
DeBary Hall Historic Site
By 1882, civil engineer and surveyor D.D. Rogers was officially picturing the deBarys’ vacation estate. He showed DeBary Hall, a big fountain, a greenhouse, the stable, and laundry (later moved to become a caretaker’s home). On the road running to Enterprise he placed the “Quarters”—modest workers’ house.
