History of the U.S. Restaurant
The restaurant operated on the corner of Columbus Avenue and Stockton Street for over 100 years and the tradition carries on today at this location. Even to this day, it continues to be family run. Through the years, the U.S. Restaurant has always been known as the place for locals and visitors alike to enjoy Italian food in an atmosphere that feels just like home.
This is a living tribute to our parents and grandparents who moved to San Francisco from Italy and settled here in North Beach in search of the American dream.
Buon Appetito!
