The Writers Building
Warner Brothers Studios
Constructed in 1935 by Harry, Jack and Albert Warner, this building has been home to such celebrated Warner Bros. writers and filmmakers as William Faulkner, Howard Koch, Delmer Daves, Lillian Hellman, John Huston, Philip and Julius Epstein, Tennessee Williams, Richard Brooks, Irwin Allen, Clint Eastwood.
Rededicated July 2009.

Regarding The Writers Building. Also known as Building 81, this is one of the first buildings on the Warner Bros. lot, and a beautiful example of the Spanish Revival style. It was completely restored in 2009.
The second floor can be viewed over the fence from Olive Avenue at Pass Avenue.
