Dedicated to our Armed Forces who served in "Operation Desert Storm" and in memory of Joseph P. Bongiorni III a West Virginia University student who was killed in the line of dutyErected by Arnold Air Society and Silver Wings Society WVU Air Force ROTC Detachment 915.
