1. Former Grange Hall Marker
Inscription. This building was built about 1875 for a Grange Hall

It became the first federal court north of Seattle, the district court for Whatcom County, and the first court house for Skagit County.

Later it became at various times...a school house...a church...a lodge room...and a community center.

It was restored and returned to community use by the Civic Improvement Club of La Conner
