Inscription. President Carter's numerous achievements, 1987-, are astounding. His leadership resulted in three-year strategic plans; redesignation as an 1890 land grant college; the business, industry and education cluster; weekly television and radio programs; a WVSC research and development corporation, a student leadership development program, and a child development center.
