Inscription. In honor of those who served our country and in cherished memory of those who gave their last full measure of devotion at sea in home and foreign lands

There is no more fitting tribute to the glory of these, our sons and daughters, than the memory we cherish of their sacrifice to preserve our America's freedom. May their courageous deeds be forever remembered.
