Inscription. Built by William Hedley circa 1875, for a lumber yard office in the Second Empire style. Moved here from Medina, NY in 1977.

It is at the intersection of Oak Orchard Road (New York State Route 98) and Ridge Road West ( Route 104), on the right when traveling south on Oak Orchard Road. Site is in the hamlet of Childs.
