Erected 2014 by Mountaineer Chapter 724 Military Order of the Purple Heart Fairmont, West Virginia.

Location. 39° 28.234′ N, 80° 7.883′ W. Marker is in Fairmont, West Virginia, in Marion County. Memorial can be reached from the intersection of City View Terrace and State Street (County Road 64/13), on the left when traveling north. The marker stands on the left side of the entrance road to East Marion Park Wave Pool. It is one of multiple memorials in the Marion County Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park. Touch for map.
