Armijo, Ambrosio: (1817-1882) Brother to Governor Manuel Armijo. Served as alcalde of Albuquerque three times in the period 1828-1834. Mercantile businessman and freighter, with a large family active in society and serving in public offices. Donated to the expansion of the San Felipe de Neri church. His house and store stands today on Old Town Plaza.(Submitted on August 11, 2021.)
