2. World War I Field Gun
The weapon is a 4.7-inch Field Gun M1906, a US-produced artillery piece designed and issued to the army before WWI that saw only limited use overseas due to logistics and supply issues - quickly being supplanted by British and French versions of the French 75mm M1897.
