Building A is the future home of the Staten Island Museum and Building H currently houses the Staten Island Museum's Staten Island History Center & Archives. Staten Island museum is dedicated to thinkers, doers and the curious seeking diverse and engaging experiences in a unique setting. Since 1881, it is the place for exploring the dynamic connection between natural science, art and history and where people share their love for the world we live in. Staten Island Museum is New York City's only general museum. It engages visitors with interdisciplinary exhibitions and educational programs for all ages.
