Inscription. This aircraft was in combat from 1969 Sept 1972 when it was shot down in Vietnam. This aircraft id dedicated in memory of all helicopter pilots and crew members who fought in all conflicts through the years.
 
Erected 1996 by Dedicated by VFW Post 5077 and Auxiliary.
