Toccoa website entry:
Opened in the late 1940s, Mr. Andrews and Mr. Hamby smartly located their store between Greens Department Store and Economy Drugs, allowing them to draw business in from other successful downtown locations. Typical of mens stores of the time, the Andrews-Hamby Mens Store sold finely crafted menswear, personal items, and various other necessities designed to appeal to the refined gentleman.
