The building which housed Green’s Bargain Annex was constructed around 1907 and makes use of a beautiful, classic overlaid brick pattern. Mr. Green had an eye for business and promotion and frequently decorated his storefront with large signs advertising giveaways and deals in an attempt to bring in new customers. This worked well, as the sidewalk in front of Green’s Bargain Annex was always over-packed with customers anticipating the next deal or newest product.
