Long seen as one of the most ionic buildings in downtown Toccoa and located directly across from the historic courthouse, Harper’s Row is more than just an architectural testament to downtown’s growth. For generations, residents had frequented the building and, to this day, continue to tell stories of the candy booth, pressed tin ceiling, rows of clothing, and other fond memories.
