Mr. McCurry treated his customers as if they were his own family members and went above and beyond to serve his clients, as he often allowed customers to pay with store credit. He would even help Acree Davis at the funeral home at times if someone was to be buried without a suit and tie. Carl McCurrys Mens Shop is an important location in the history of Toccoas beautiful downtown atmosphere and a callback to times when dressing up was the norm and not the exception, and when caring for ones customers included treating them like family.
