Over the years the buildings have been combined into one to allow for more space. Catos was housed here in the 1980s and 1990s. Majorie Bowen opened Miladys, a ladies boutique, in the late 1990s. This store was located here until 2005 when Stephanie Ayers opened an English Import Antiques business. In 2008 the building was once again divided in two by Bob and Carla Weher to house Toccoas Fireplace and Olies Ice Cream.
