Over the years the buildings have been combined into one to allow for more space. Cato’s was housed here in the 1980’s and 1990’s. Majorie Bowen opened Milady’s, a ladies boutique, in the late 1990’s. This store was located here until 2005 when Stephanie Ayers opened an English Import Antiques business. In 2008 the building was once again divided in two by Bob and Carla Weher to house Toccoa’s Fireplace and Olie’s Ice Cream.
