Located in Angelino Heights, the second-oldest neighborhood in Los Angeles, which is on a hill near Echo Park. One of the original developers of Angelino Heights was Everett E. Hall, who lived in this house. His property included the entire block, with a carriage house now in the back yard of 1417 Kellam Ave. It is Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 166.

At 1032 W Edgeware Rd, the last surviving house from the old Bunker Hill neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. Built in 1882. Nominated as a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.
