Lamberto Moreno Jasso
1883-1971
Nacido en Ario de Rosales, Mich. fue de los primeros maestros rurales de Mexico. Ocupo el cargo de Director Federal de Educacion en varios estados de la republica. Dirigio la educación fundamental en varios países del Centro y Sudamerica.

Fue el primer Director de la Escuela Mexico-España en Morelia. Poeta romántico, compañero de Maillefert, dueño de una prosa sutil. Escribio cuentos y novelas costumbristas. En su obra encontranos: Misa Roja, El Poder de la Rasa, El Romance, La Adelita y Los Gañanes.

Born in Ario de Rosales, Michoacán, he was one of the first rural teachers in Mexico. He held the position of Federal Director of Education in several states of the republic. He directed programs of fundamental education in several Central and South American countries.

He was the first Director of the Mexico-Spain School in Morelia. Romantic poet, companion of Maillefert, owner of a subtle prose. He wrote stories and traditional novels. In his work we find: Misa Roja,
