Moreliano distinguido hizo sus primeros estudios en el Colegio de Infantes de donde paso al seminario. Ahí estudio solamente un año de humanidades y continuo inmediatamente su carrera musical, a la cual estaba llamado. Formo el famoso Coro de los Niños Cantores de Morelia.

Es conocido por su obra musical que es notable desde muchos puntos de vista dentro de la cual resalta el bello y original Salmo donde a la vez que su inspiración aflora la mistica con que hacia sus composiciones musicales.

This distinguished man from Morelia did his first studies in the Colegio de Infantes from where he went to the seminary. There he studied only one year of humanities and immediately continued on to his musical career, to which he was called. He formed the famous Choir of the Children Singers of Morelia.
