Jones played in Macon for the Macon Braves (Atlanta affiliate) during the 1995 season. After one year in Macon, Jones was moved up to the Major League level and made his MLB debut in the 1996 season. After 12 years with Atlanta, Jones finished his career playing for the Dodgers. Rangers, White Sox and Yankees. During his very successful career, Jones would acquire 10 Golden Glove Awards, a Silver Slugger, 200S Player of the Year and five All-Star appearances. Andruw Jones will go down as one of the best centerfielders in Major League Baseball history. He will also be known as an important piece of the Atlanta Braves dynasty in the late 90's.,
