1. Seal Beach Marker
Inscription. The old Seal Beach City Hall constructed in 1929 was the first and largest public building in Seal Beach. It contained the city council chambers, fire station, police station and library. The building was funded at a bound election on January 29, 1929. The cost was $50,000 and was designed by W. Horage Austin, a Santa Ana architect who later designed the Santa Ana City Hall in 1935.

The Seal Beach City Hall was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 11, 1983
