For the greater glory of the heart of the perpetual Jesus, in memory of the venerable Presbyter Felipe de Jesús Chaparro y Ruiz
He is the honor and fame of the Diocese of Atlacomulco and lived and died in this house where he began in 1943 the work of the Missionaries of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ the King
Today it is erected as a religious institute to prolong in the church and in the world the evangelizing and apostolic ideals of its founding father on the 50th anniversary of its foundation.
