1. 1304 Main Street Marker

Inscription. This two story brick building was built between 1891 and 1897. It has been home to a variety of businesses over the years. Originally it was the office of the West Tennessee Leader newspaper and printing company. Beginning in the early 1900's it was home to Moore Dry Goods. In 1915, it was a racket store, which sold a variety of items at discount prices and later was Hayes Brothers Paint Store. In the 2000's it was the Pritchard Realty office.
