1. 1404-1406 Main Street Marker

Inscription. This building was built circa 1900 and originally had large glass windows and doors across the front. A variety of businesses have operated in this location over the years. In the early 1900's there was a harness repair shop, grocery store, plumber and a carriage shop located in this building. George D. Dodson had his automobile dealership here before moving to Main and Central in the 1920's. Firestone Tires and Dominoes Piza have also called this home.
