Behind the memorial (facing Larkin Williams Road), lies five plaques that pay tribute to law enforcement, Jessica Leigh Sachs (see photo) and American veterans. In the middle is steel from the original World Trade Center.

Sachs grew up on the East Coast. Her parents moved to Fenton two years after their daughter's death in the Flight 11 crash.
