La construction de la présente bibliothèque de New Liskeard en 1910 a été rendue possible grâce à un don de 10 000$ de la Fondation Andrew Carnegie. La bibliothèque de Temiskaming Shores a maintenant deux succursales, l'une à New Liskeard et l'autre à Haileybury.
